We are able to quote any job in Tennessee.
In every contract we include a workmanship warranty covering leaks and any installation error. Storm damage is NOT covered by warranty, as no roof can be expected to remain undamaged under tornado force winds.
Currently we only only offer metal roofing and siding. However if you prefer the look of shingles, ask us about our ashphalt coated metal shingles!
Yes, we absolutely will work with your insurance company to replace your storm damaged roof.
Although more expensive, metal roofing is incredibly durable and less prone to storm damage. Also, with up to 40% energy savings, metal roofing will pay for itself over time!
Contrary to popular belief, a properly installed metal roof is not any louder in rain or storms. With proper insulation, a metal roof is within 6 decibels of asphalt shingle roofing which is an undetectable level!
Metal roofs do not disrupt cell service. This misinformation probably comes from the fact that your metal roof can worsen existing service problems. Bottom line, if you have good coverage in your home currently, you will not notice a change with metal roofing!
Metal roofing is typically 29 gauge. Many clients choose to buy thicker 26 or 24 gauge metal. Although it is more expensive, it is much heavier and more resistant to dents and storm damage.
We love standing seam roofing! It is the best metal roofing readily available. With no exposed fasteners and 26 or 24 gauge thick, it is the most permanent and weather resistant option for residential roofing. With a quality installation, you will never have to think about your roof again.

Yes, and it can save you lot of money! However, there are some prior requirements and extra steps during installation.
Metal roofing does fade over time. That said, we only use manufacturers who have a proven fade warranty with a minimum of 40 years.

Our Warranties
Bruck Contractors' warranty covers any/all issues caused by improper installation. This includes ALL leaks. We pride ourselves on having exceptionally fast service times, even years after the job is completed and paid for. If an installation issue arises, we will promptly fix it free of charge. Our warranty does NOT cover storm damage, hail damage, or other natural events. Our warranty also does NOT cover product failures such as fading, chipping or paint damage. These issues are covered by the manufacturers 40 Year warranty and will be handled by the manufacturer.
