Our Warranties
Bruck Contractors' warranty covers any/all issues caused by improper installation. This includes ALL leaks. We pride ourselves on having exceptionally fast service times, even years after the job is completed and paid for. If an installation issue arises, we will promptly fix it free of charge. Our warranty does NOT cover storm damage, hail damage, or other natural events. Our warranty also does NOT cover product failures such as fading, chipping or paint damage. These issues are covered by the manufacturers 40 Year warranty and will be handled by the manufacturer.
Bruck Contractors offers a 2-year workmanship warranty on all siding installations.
Bruck Contractors offers a 5-year workmanship warranty on PBR and Tuff rib roofing installations. Because of the extreme importance of a roof being watertight, we want to give our customers the security of knowing we stand behind our work.
Bruck Contractors offers a 15-year workmanship warranty on standing seam roofing installations. Because of the quality and longevity of standing seam roofing systems, we feel comfortable offering a 15 year extended warranty on every installation!
Bruck Contractors offers a 50-year transferable warranty on metal shingle roofing installations.
We are licensed and insured to install metal roofing and siding throughout Tennessee.
